Spelling

I am continually amazed by not only the grammatical issues that you see around you (lack of commas, apostrophes in the wrong place) - but I'm also amazed at the places where you see spelling errors.

Whenever we go to visit Emma, we drive through a little town that has this sign in the front of the building:

We have driving past this sign for FOUR YEARS.  What do you suppose the story is behind the spelling. 

Do you suppose the people that ordered the sign spelled it wrong, or the sign company?

One of these days we'll discuss the misplaced apostrophe.
